Her spirit lives on in our name, inspired by a cherished family moment: a photo of her standing proudly beside her horse, prompting her witty husband to joke, “Look how twisted that horse is—you can see both ends!” That playful humor, paired with her fearless drive, fuels our mission to bring people together through food.
